Why the emirate in the question matters
In our study of 105 AI answers on UAE mortgage brokers, the Abu Dhabi question produced a different list. ChatGPT named five brokers, and two of them appear in no other answer of the study. Perplexity named only two brokers for Abu Dhabi. Companies selling in Abu Dhabi need signals for Abu Dhabi; a Dubai page does not cover it.
