How we use AI

We advise companies on AI. So we should be open about where we use it ourselves. This page says it plainly.

Text

We use AI as a tool when writing blog articles, case studies and page content, the same way we use research tools and word processors. Every published text is reviewed, edited and signed off by a person. We check figures and studies against the primary source before they stay in, and we say so when a source is contested or methodologically weak. Editorial responsibility for every piece of content on this website rests with Grovia Digital Agency.

Graphics and article images

The header images of our blog articles and case studies are AI-generated illustrations. They are labelled "Illustration: AI-generated" everywhere they appear. These graphics illustrate a point, they are not photographs of real situations. The performance figures shown in them come from the respective projects and are real.

Photographs of people

Photographs of our clients, their quotes, and our team and partner logos are real. We received them from the people and companies shown and use them with their permission. We do not generate images of real, named individuals with AI, and we do not present an invented person as a real one.

WhatsApp assistant

If you message us through one of our WhatsApp buttons that promises a free assessment, an AI assistant greets you first and asks a few questions about your situation. It identifies itself as AI in its first message. A human takes over at any point on request.
